Annual Spirit of Women Day of Dance
Saturday, March 3rd
The second annual Spirit of Dance at the FSU Holley Academic Center begins at 7:30am with some warm-up exercises. The event is free and will include physician speakers, catered food, vendors, and more.

Our monthly luncheon will be held in the Annex st 11:30am on Thursday, Feb. 23rd. Bring a covered dish to share and the fried chicken & tea will eb provided.
Heart Health Fair
Bay Medical Center will sponsor a free Heart Health Fair from 9am-Noon on Feb. 25th. There will be free screenings for blood pressure, glucose, peripheral vascular disease, body fat/BMI. It is important to know your numbers so you can modify your risks. RSVP to 747-6541.
